Effect	When cast on land prepared by Bless Earth the caster permanently transforms the terrain, and plants according to their will. This is useful for making a residence, altering difficult terrain, or creating a defensible location. Any natural occurring materials from the region such as dirt, mud, rock, and plants may be moved or grown. The Storyteller must approve the Terraforming, and may impose limitations based on the available material or complexity, but are encouraged to allow the caster flexibility when using this power.
