The Adept concentrates their internal energy into a magical blast of pure power dealing Willpower + Soulforging Skill + Phoenix Discipline lethal damage. The roll may be modified by Magic Defense and other applicable Defense bonuses (e.g. Cover) but not Dodge. The Adept may charge the Ki Blast by delaying the attack and spending a Full Round action for up to Rank rounds gaining +1d10 damage per round of preparation.
