Effect	The caster may focus on a single target and attempt to read their surface thoughts. This requires an opposed roll vs. Magic Resistance. If the target succeeds to resist, the caster cannot read their thoughts - they may feel something "off," as though they have been probed. If they witness the spell being cast and they succeed on their save, they may attempt to roll Knowledge: Magic roll to recognize that a spell has been cast upon them. If they fail their save, the caster is able to read their thoughts at will for the duration of their concentration.
