Effect The caster becomes wreathed in crackling entropic energy as stolen souls swirl around them. While Soul Harvest is active, any use of Soul Rend against a target within 10 yards is resolved as Slay Living instead. Whenever a living creature is slain by one of the caster’s Seed: Slay spells (regardless of distance), the caster gains one Soul Charge, up to a maximum of three. The caster may expend a Soul Charge as a Free Action to either:
  • Gain +2d10 to a Slay spell cast this turn, OR
  • Recover 2 Mana.

Any unspent Soul Charges are lost when Soul Harvest ends.
