Caster ignites all the mana in the affected area, causing a blue-white storm of Prime magic. If a target fails a Physical Magic Resistance roll vs. Casting, they take Rank lethal damage and lose Rank Mana. If at least Rank points of Mana are destroyed by the spell, the duration of Mana Storm is extended for 1 Round. Each round the mana required to sustain the Mana Storm is raised by Rank.
