Effect The caster manipulates a field of temporal energy around themselves to slowly build over time. On the third round after being cast, any targets within range that fail a Magic Resistance roll are stunned, causing them to lose their next turn. If no targets are affected, the energy field flows back into the channeler and instead provides a Rank Ward for Rank rounds. If the target already has a Ward, the Ward with higher value replaces the other, regardless of duration.
