Effect	After being hit by or failing to resist an incoming spell or power, the channeler may reactively attempt to Seal that ability as a Reactive Action. On a successful Casting roll vs. the target’s Magic Resistance, the the target is prevented from using the power again for Rank x 2 rounds. The casting roll gains a +2 Divine bonus (which increases to +3 at Rank 5) while under the influence of Berserker’s Fury or Mindless Fury. Only one ability may be Sealed at a time. This limit increases to two at Rank 5. Maneuvers from fighting styles and passive abilities may not be Sealed.
