Effect	You uncork The Black Bottle and intone a whispered invocation, releasing an intoxicating vapor that calls out to the weak-willed and those who have tasted divine pleasure before. The vapor lingers for 1 minute in the area. All living creatures in the area who are either: Currently under the effects of The Black Bottle, or Have previously imbibed it within the past 24 hours, or Are considered vulnerable (missing half or more Health, or suffering from Fear, Despair, or Charm effects) ...must make a Mental Resistance roll vs. your Channeling + Charisma + Desire Rank or become Entranced for the duration. While Entranced: The target will move toward you or the source of the Black Bottle's scent each round, treating it as a trusted sanctuary. The target suffers –2d10 to resist Charm, Compulsion, or Enthrallment effects from you or your allies. If they reach the Black Bottle, they will willingly drink if offered and immediately suffer Curse of Ecstasy. They become eligible targets for Velvet Chains or Sacrificial Communion even if they were previously unwilling. Creatures immune to mind-affecting effects or without sensory organs are unaffected. Targets who successfully resist are immune for 24 hours. This power has no visual or audible components beyond the uncorking whisper unless detected via magical means.
