As long as there is an existing storm capable of generating lightning overhead (Severe/Extreme Weather or only one step above Severe on the Control Weather chart) the caster may use this spell to direct a natural bolt of lighting, which ignores Magic Defense and Magical Damage Reduction. The lightning bolt deals (Casting Skill + Casting Stat + Source Rank) Lightning damage and applies Shock to enemies near its impact point.
