Unarmed Combat represents the ability to fight and deal damage with bare hands/feet/elbows. This skill is broken up into Striking or Grappling, and every purchase of this skill must apply to either subtype, and each subtype ranks up separately.
On unarmed combat attacks, your skill in the subtype is added to the applicable statistic and base damage to determine the dice pool.
Subtype | Base Effect |
---|---|
Striking | Str/Dex + Unarmed Combat + 2d10 (Non-Lethal Damage) |
Grappling | Str/Dex + Unarmed Combat + 2d10 Opposed Roll vs. Target's Unarmed Combat OR Escape Artist (whichever is higher). If successful target is Grappled. |
