Effect	This spell allows the caster to send and receive words, images, and feelings to communicate with a willing target through telepathic means. The caster may recast the spell to create and maintain up to Rank telepathic connections. Creating a telepathic connection with an unknowing or unwilling target requires an opposed Casting roll vs. the target's Mental Magic Resistance. On a successful save, the unwilling target is immune to further attempts for 1 hour.
