| Effect | You have learned to carefully study the tactics, armor, and weapons of your foes, granting you bonuses against them. You may rapidly learn a target’s weaknesses. After each round spent observing the target in combat as a Free Action, you gain a stacking +1 Competency Bonus to Attack Rolls and Dodge against the target. When first obtained, the maximum cumulative bonus is +2. This limit increases to +3 at Rank 5. This bonus is applied after all modifiers and multipliers. This bonus disappears after 24 hours, and the target must be observed again to rebuild the bonus. Only one target can be studied at a time. |
