Passive Effect When attacking targets benefitting from Cover, the adept's sharp vision reduces applicable Cover penalties by 1 step. This does not apply to Full Cover, except at the discretion of the Storyteller.
Active Effect When activated, the adept gains the ability to more effectively pierce targets' mundane and magical concealment.
