Upon casting the spell, Lawbringer will glow as bright as a bonfire. Any target within a 10 Yard radius that fails a Magic Resistance roll vs. the casting roll will suffer a Rank penalty to Deception or Stealth rolls. If a target attempts to deceive the caster unsuccessfully while suffering this penalty, the caster is immediately aware of the deception attempt. While this spell is active, the channeler gains a +2 to Diplomacy or Intimidation when trying to coax the truth from a target.
