Effect	With this maneuver, as part of a Move Action, the caster may remove up to 1 stack of Frost and move through threatened squares without spending double movement. Targets adjacent to the caster at any point during the movement remove 1 stack of Frost or become Burning. When the caster ends their turn all enemies within 2 yards remove 1 stack of Frost or become Burning.
