At Rank 5, this can be done through illusions created by the caster (e.g. [[Phantom Sound]], [[Minor Illusion]], [[Major Illusion]], etc.) leaving targets enthralled with an illusion as long as the caster remains within Rank x 10 yards of the illusion. Enthralling Presence must be cast first, and the effect on the caster breaks when it is applied to the illusion. Only one Enthralling effect may be active at a given time.

The caster may move freely while the spell is active, however, the spell may be disrupted by violent action, spellcasting, or the caster experiencing a heavy impact. Skill checks that risk disruption of the caster's Concentration (e.g. jumping, climbing, diplomacy, etc.) may disrupt the spell at the Storyteller's discretion.

Leaving a target's range of sight and hearing will immediately break the effect, leaving them dazed and confused as to what had happened while enthralled. When the enthrallment is broken, a successful Knowledge: Magic check with successes greater than or equal to the caster's Rank in Mind Sphere allows a target to recognize that a spell has been cast upon them and respond accordingly.

Effect While active, the spell draws targets' focus to the caster. Targets of animal intelligence or greater who see or hear the caster must succeed on a passive Magic Resistance roll vs. Casting Roll or become Enthralled. This effect may be achieved indirectly, as by viewing the caster in a mirror/through a window or hearing the caster play an instrument.

When the enthrallment ends, a successful Knowledge: Magic check with successes greater than or equal to the caster's Rank in Mind Sphere allows a target to recognize that a spell has been cast upon them and respond accordingly.

At Rank 5, the focus of the enthrallment may be shifted onto an illusion generated by the caster that does not require concentration (e.g. Phantom Sound, Major Illusion), leaving targets enthralled with the illusion as long as the caster remains within Rank x 10 yards of it. The illusion of choice must be established before Enthralling Presence is cast, and then the caster must maintain Concentration or else lose the enthralling effect, requiring the spell to be recast.
