Dragons are more than mere animals. They have souls like mortals although they are not gathered to the Goddess of Death when they are slain. Their energies permeate Lorithandar and are eventually reborn anew. The most rare shaman learn to bind these spirits to their service. Each of the five types of dragon spirit has its own spell at each rank, and the shaman may only choose the spell for their spirits type. Although these spirits are less flexible than others, they provide stronger imbue bonuses and better Manifest stats.

Spirit Spells

Rank 1

Spell Description
Imbue Power Imbued item glows the color of the imbued dragon spirit at will, providing light equal to that of a standard torch. Caster can Sense Dragons.
Red Gain Sense Magic or Mage Sight at will.
Black Gain Basic Transformation. Only one effect may be chosen, and the caster may not Push.
Green Gain Spirit Sight and Soulspeak.
Blue Gain Divine Strike.
White Gain Second Wind.

Rank 2

Spell Description
Imbue Power Imbued item gains a +Rank Enhancement bonus.
Red Gain Self Healing.
Black Gain Curse. Only one form of curse may be chosen and caster may not Push.
Green Gain Rank 2 Unique Shamanism Skill.
Blue Gain 'Rank 2 Channeling skill'.
White Gain Reactive Assault.

Rank 3

Spell Description
Imbue Power While imbued the caster gains Elemental Resistance 1 from the element they produce with Dragon's Breath. Each time a source of that element would deal damage it deals 1 less damage.
Red Gains Dragon's Breath spell dealing Fire damage. The breath may be projected from either the caster or the Manifested spirit.
Black Gains Dragon's Breath spell dealing Fire damage. The breath may be projected from either the caster or the Manifested spirit.
Green Gains Dragon's Breath spell dealing Lightning damage. The breath may be projected from either the caster or the Manifested spirit.
Blue Gains Dragon's Breath spell dealing either Frost or Lightning damage. The choice of element must be made when the spell is learned. The breath may be projected from either the caster or the Manifested spirit.
White Gains Dragon's Breath spell dealing Frost damage. The breath may be projected from either the caster or the Manifested spirit.

Rank 4

Spell Description
Imbue Power
  • Imbued Armor: Caster gains +1 Physical Damage Reduction. This bonus stacks with Damage Reduction provided by armor, but not with other Source powers such as a second Draconic Imbue or Adept Dragon Scales.
  • Imbued Weapon: If the caster lands a successful melee attack that would be reduced by Damage Reduction ignore 1 point of said Damage Reduction.
Red Gains Enthralling Presence.
Black Gains Mass Ward. The caster gets one free Push, but may not Push further than this. This increases to two free Pushes at Rank 5.
Green Gains Exorcism and Ritual Exorcism.
Blue Gains Freedom of Movement
White Gains Lightning Reflexes.

Rank 5

Spell Description
Imbue Power
  • Imbued Armor: Caster gains +1 Magical Damage Reduction. This bonus stacks with Damage Reduction provided by Magical Shielding, but not with other Source powers such as a second Draconic Imbue or Adept Dragon Scales.
  • Imbued Weapon: If the caster lands a successful magical attack that would be reduced by Damage Reduction ignore 1 point of said Damage Reduction.
Red Gains the Anti-Magic Shell spell.
Black Gains Drain Aura. Aura may only drain Life (not mana) and may not be pushed.
Green Gains 'Rank 5 Unique Shamanism Skill'.
Blue Gains 'Rank 5 Channeling Skill'.
White Gains Thundering Charge.
