Slipping into shadows, the caster becomes that thing hiding under your bed, waiting to jump out and grab you. The caster gains magical concealment as long as they concentrate and do not move or act. Upon acting to break the concealment, the caster may select a single target within move range to be flat-footed. Additionally, this target will suffer a -Rank penalty to any attacks against the caster. These penalties last for 1 round x Rank. This may only effect one target at a time. Casting on a new target would immediately end the effect for the previous target. |
