Effect	Once per Encounter, the channeler may utter a short prayer to their god, designating a single target as her Chosen Foe. All attacks against the Chosen Foe gain a +2 Divine bonus. This may be done twice per Encounter at Rank 3, or three times per Encounter at Rank 5. Additionally, some Wrath abilities may require the target to be declared as the Chosen Foe, though only one target may be designated as such at a time.
