Effect	At Rank 4, the caster's Seed: Transform gains one of the following benefits: Ability Description Titanic Growth While transformed, caster gains +2 Size (+2 Health, +2 Speed, -2 Dodge), +2 Natural Armor, +1 Damage Reduction Elemental Body While transformed caster gains Resistance equal to Rank to a chosen energy from their plane. Additionally, the caster when struck or when making an unarmed melee attack deal Rank x 2 damage of the chosen type. This effect is reduced by Magic Armor, however, it may not be reduced below 1 dice. Quickling Speed While transformed caster gains +Rank speed and the ability to utilize Lightning Reflexes.
