Effect	When the channeler has built to 3 stacks of Radiance they may consume those stacks to cause a powerful burst of destructive light. The effect of the burst is dependent on how close targets are to the channeler: Within 5 yards: Enemy targets take Intelligence + Channeling + Light lethal magical damage. Additionally targets must succeed at a Magical Resistance or be permanently blinded. Within 10 yards: Enemy targets take Intelligence + Channeling + Light lethal magical damage. Additionally targets must succeed at a Magical Resistance or be blinded for 1 hour. Within Sight: Enemy targets must succeed at a Magical Resistance or suffer a -4 penalty to skill checks requiring vision for 10 minutes.
