Potions and poultices are consumable items that have a variety of generally positive healing effects. The main difference between the two is that Potions must be consumed by drinking them, whereas poultices may be applied topically as ointments. Some poultices may also be safely eaten.

Magical Potions and Poultices

These items are magical drafts or ointments that come in small vials. When consumed or otherwise utilized, their effects are immediately noticeable and inherently magical in nature. They highly prized throughout the world and are most often found available for purchase at apothecary shops that deal in magical goods or, specifically in the case of magical healing potions, available for purchase through religious Temples or Magic consortiums.

Cleanse Potion Provides a 10d10 Cleanse effect vs. the Rank of one (1) Disease or Poison affecting the consumer. If the number of successes exceeds the Rank of the targeted effect, it is cleansed. 60g
