Effect | The caster unleashes a deadly beam of planar energy which deals Willpower + Sorcery + Seed: Energy lethal damage, and applies the elemental effect. The beam persists for as long as the caster concentrates for no additional mana cost until concentration is broken or 5 rounds have passed. If a target is slain by the beam, the next target in the path of the beam takes damage. Once per turn the caster may move the beam to another target without breaking concentration. |
