Effect | The caster unleashes a deadly beam of planar energy which deals Willpower + Sorcery + Seed: Energy lethal damage, and applies the elemental effect. The beam persists for as long as the caster concentrates for no additional mana cost until concentration is broken or 5 rounds have passed. If a target is slain by the beam, the next target in the path of the beam takes damage. Once per turn the caster may move the beam as a Standard Action to another target without breaking concentration. |
