Effect	Initiate changes in the atmosphere to change the existing weather in the geographic region, choosing to initiate or end precipitation at the time of cast. Weather severity may be altered up to a maximum of Rank steps up or down from its natural state, and 1 step left or right in weather temperature according to the below chart. The temperature change allowed increases to 2 steps at Rank 3, and 3 steps at Rank 5. This power requires a 10 minute ritual, during which time the weather patterns begin to shift. At Rank 1, it takes 20 minutes for a single change in the weather to manifest. This decreases to 15 minutes at Rank 3. The total amount of time a storm takes to form is rounded to the nearest ten minutes for ease of play. The Storyteller may determine the overall progression of the changes, how widespread the effect is, and how long it will last, though typically the more severe the shift, the longer it will take to disperse. For Air Shaman, this ritual requires 1 mana to complete. Channelers of the Storms Domain may cast this ritual for free.
