The Shaman meditates and sends out a spiritual summons to local spirits, asking to meet with them. The spirits are not compelled to respond, but hear the call and may choose to investigate. By showing respect to the regional spirits, the caster gains a +2 Diplomacy to speak with any spirits who heed the call.
