Effect	The Shaman meditates and sends out a spiritual summons to local spirits, asking to meet with them. The spirits are not compelled to respond, but hear the call and may choose to investigate. By showing respect to the regional spirits, the caster gains a +2 enhancement bonus to Diplomacy when speaking with any spirits who heed the call. A shaman performing the Spiritual Attunement ritual who also knows Call Spirits receives this +2 bonus when interacting with the spirits called by the ritual. If performed within an Attuned region, this ritual instead provides a +Rank enhancement bonus to Charisma-based skills when interacting with a spirit that has made a Pact with the Shaman. Such a spirit will always respond to the call, even if they would normally be out of its range.
