This spell immediately provides the caster with Rank charges that may be consumed as a Fast Action to provide her with a +Rank bonus to Speed for 1 Round. The caster may consume as many charges as she likes in a single action, however she may not hold more than Rank charges at a time. Blazing Speed charges last up to 1 hour or until they are consumed.
