Animal Spirits are bestial totem spirits often chosen for their ferocity and hunting skills. Shaman's who bind these spirits tend to be tribal hunters or warriors.

Spirit Spells

Rank 1

Spell Description
Imbue Power Once per day the caster may declare a target to be Prey. The caster must have an item of the target's, tracks, or a scent belonging to them. The caster gains a +Rank bonus to Search checks to track the target. Additionally, the caster gains the Sense Prey ability once per day.

Sense Prey: The caster may concentrate to sense the prey in the vicinity as per Sense Life spell, sensing the target's approximate direction and distance as long as the target is within 50 yards per Rank.
Animal Senses Gain bonuses to Search and Perception checks.
Speak with Animals Communicate with natural beasts.

Rank 2

Spell Description
Imbue Power Imbued item gains a +1 Enhancement bonus. This bonus improves to +2 at Rank 3, and +3 at Rank 5.
Animal Reflexes Grants +1 to Speed and Initiative. This bonus increases to +2 at Rank 3, and +3 at Rank 5.
Savage Rending Gains Savage Rending. Caster or Manifested Spirit gain bonuses to natural weapons.
Pass Without Trace Gain concealment from the environment and do not leave a trail.

Rank 3

Spell Description
Imbue Power Prey may still only be assigned once per day, however the caster may use Sense Prey at will. When facing the chosen Prey, the caster gains +2 morale bonus on attack rolls.
Physical Enhancement Gain an enhancement bonus to physical statistics.
Animal Frenzy Manifested spirit goes into a berserk rage.

Rank 4

Spell Description
Imbue Power Canny Hunter: The caster gains +2 Defense against the chosen Prey.
Spirit of the Wolf Gain speed and pack fighting.
Augment Beast Grant enhancements to a Beast or Spirit.

Rank 5

Spell Description
Imbue Power The caster may describe the vulnerabilities of the chosen prey, and up to Rank allies gain a +2 competency bonus against the Prey.
Instinct Once per encounter the caster or his Manifested familiar gains a Rank bonus to Dodge. This may be applied reactively when an attack is declared, but before damage is rolled.
Dire Growth Drastically enhance a Beast or Spirit for a short time, granting size and physical bonuses.
