Effect

Passively drawing on the power of regional weather conditions, the channeler gains a +1 (mild weather), +2 (moderate weather), +3 (severe weather) divine bonus to all skill checks (including spells and weapon skills).

Additionally, the channeler passively gains +1 elemental resistance depending on the temperature of the weather. At Rank 3, this increases to +2. Warm or hot weather provides resistance to Shock, and cold or freezing weather provides resistance to Frost. When current weather effects produce precipitation, the channeler gains Rank resistance to Fire. Each time a source of that element would deal damage, it deals 1 less damage per point of elemental resistance.
