Effect	Rapid Transformation: Caster may now Transform as a Fast Action. Enhanced Stats: While transformed caster gains a pool of Rank x 2 points to spend on Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, or Charisma as enhancement bonuses. These bonuses replace the single enhancement bonus from Improved Transformation. The distribution of points may be altered with each cast of Seed: Transform, however no individual statistic may be raised beyond Rank.
